Questions
- Do I have to buy it here to use the email?
- No. If you already have one, you connect it by pasting a few records into your provider. Buying it here saves you that step.
- Is the price per year?
- Yes: registration is per year and so is renewal. Some endings, like .ai, need two years minimum, and you see it on the row before you buy.
- Can I have more than one domain?
- Yes. The first one is included in the plan. Each extra domain is $5 a month of hosting, separate from registration.
- How does it renew?
- Once a year, from your account, and we email you when it's done. If the charge doesn't go through, the domain keeps the expiry it had.
